- We come up with some excuses Harry and Hermione could have gave for being out at night
- Is this really the most disappointed McGonagall has ever been or is she trying to "scare them straight"
- Harry feels awful for losing Gryffindor so much house points - but he slowly gets used to it as the series goes on
- This is the first time Harry feels isolated in the Wizarding World, but at least he has Ron. Really shows how much Harry values Ron's friendship
- Have the Weasley Twins not lost 150 points or are they good at not getting caught?
- Why is their punishment for breaking the rules/being out of bounds being sent to an out of bounds area? #WhyDumbledore
- Where students punished with corporal punishment during Dumbledore's time as Headmaster?
- Why were Neville and Draco, then Draco and Harry sent off alone in the Forbidden Forest - when they are looking for an unknown and potentially dangerous teacher?
- We meet the Centaurs and get a lot of foreshadowing for the next few chapters and potentially for the rest of the series
- Harry swears to stop "poking around" in this book - which happens a few times throughout the series
- Is Hagrid lax with safety in the forest due to his thoughts on magical creatures, and how he sees dangerous creatures as "misunderstood" and needing a second chance?
- Did Dumbledore want Harry to be caught to send him into the forest, so he would meet Voldemort?

- This chapter is a Ron highlight
- Ron's humor is on point - "Really break your leg!"
- Ron encourages Neville - it makes more sense to Tori why he was made a prefect.
- The Ron Vs Malfoy fight - amazing
- Is it weird Hermione is checking out random history books for background reading?
- Harry having nightmares about the mirror and his parents death - is it Harry's own mind, him being a Horcrux, or repressed memories?
- Harry meets Dumbledore face to face for the first time last chapter and does not question him or his intentions
- Ron playing Chess - shows how intelligent Ron is in a different way than Hermione
- We find out who Nicolas Flamel is - we wonder if this was a big shock reading for the first time
- All the Quidditch scenes in this book take place in revolving perspectives unlike the other books
- Snape being Ref - how was this allowed? Can any teacher ref a game?
- Tori and Shay roast Dumbledore as usual
- Hermione and Ron learned the Leg Locker curse just to use on Snape

- Malfoy is able to find out insecurities and use them against his enemies, while Neville (and Luna in the future books) seem to do the opposite

- Neville has less support compared to Harry & co (through his family, professors, and sometimes friends) but still always comes through in the end

- Happy 28th birthday to Host Tori (and 27th to Shay from the 12th)
- Tori bullied Shay into watching the special so she could talk to someone about it
- So much of the cast came back - it was amazing!
- Dan acknowledging how they worked with some of the greatest UK actors and not knowing is amazing - and his reaction to being able to work with Gary Oldman
- Love how 1st director Christopher Columbus started the foundation for the HP films, and how the cast notes how good he made it for them
- We love the audiobooks worked into the different segments
- Love Jason Isaacs audition story!
- Love getting all the different perspectives from the film directors
- Emma Roberts Photo debacle
- Helena Bonham Carter is one of the best parts of the reunion
- The Memoriam was very well done
- How they incorporated the author
- Emma loves the dance scene in DH - we both hate it
- Emma was thinking about leaving the HP franchise - we discuss the sexualization she went through as a teen and if that may have impacted her
- We also discuss the Harry/Voldemort last battle scene and how we don't agree with Yates
- They look so much better than in the epilogue
- Loved hearing Emma, Rupert and Dan talking about how wrapping the series was and how it affected them and how they view themselves

- We have our first ever guest on the show - Tori's sister Brittany who played Muggle Quidditch at university
- We discuss Lee Jordan's commentary - and how great it is!
- We theorize how Lee got the commentating job
- Why was Lee the only commentator during his time at Hogwarts?
- +1 Snape Sucks count for Snape taking Harry's book to be a dick
- Did Snape get Filch to look at his wound or was he just there?
- Meeting Oliver Wood - who uses "Sports!" as a personality trait
- Hermione is able to do some pretty complex magic already - and seems to understand it as she spots Snape doing a "curse"
- Hermione basically punches Voldemort in the face when she knocks Quirrell over
- Do Harry and Ron take advantage of Hermione?
- Hermione has some Slytherin tendencies - she lites Snape on fire rather than any other form of distracting him
- Interesting perspective changes in this chapter - not seen a lot in the rest of the series
- Poor Hagrid.

- Brittany talks about her experience playing Muggle Quidditch in university and some of the game play differences from the books.
- Shay was going to join her University team but realized it was an actual sport
- Tori did a student documentary on a Quidditch team
- USQ has discussed changing it's name from "Muggle Quidditch" to something else. Brittany weighs in on her thoughts, and if Quidditch Canada will do the same

- Hermione is very annoying! Would she have done better socially in Ravenclaw, or would it have impeded her growth?
- Why did Dumbledore send everyone to their dorms when the Slytherin common room is IN the dungeons?? Does Dumbledore want Slytherin's to be troll food?
- We love hats!
- Snape is acting super sketchy!
- The Troll in the bathroom scene is a great example of how Hermione is very gifted intellectually but is not good under pressure
- Theory: Hermione threw herself under the bus with the Professors to earn Harry and Ron's friendship
- Important Question: what is a Jacket Potato?
- The Golden Trio is born!
- Would Harry and Ron have become friends with Hermione if it weren't for the Troll situation?
